Most types of construction in Forward Township require a Building Permit. The installation or repair of an on-lot sewage system also requires a permit. Mr. Brian Miller is the Township's Code Enforcement Officer. Some of the permitting and inspection activities are handled by certified professionals employed by Municipal Code Association (MCA), a cooperative effort of local municipalities.
